CUTTING-TO-LENGTH

We are specialists in the precision cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous tubes, sections, hollows, flats, bars and rods. This includes straight cut-off and angle cut-off. At present we have 20 circular saws, 5 band-saws, and run 24 hours a day. This means that we can turn your work around very quickly at a very high standard of quality.

We can offer:

• Cut length tolerances from +/- 0.1mm
• Diameters from 1mm to 460mm
• Tube and pipe with wall thicknesses from 0.25mm
• Ferrous and non-ferrous material
• Tubes, pipes, sections, hollows, bars, rods and flats
• Batch traceability procedures that operate to ensure batch and cast segregation
• Large cutting volume capacity giving fast turn around
